Electronics Recycling Collection Event

Mountain Electronics Recycling was chosen as a 2004 Recipient of the Colorado Governments Office of Energy Management, and Conservation (OEMC) Electronics Recycling Grant.

Mountain Electronics Recycling held it's second annual Electronics Recycling Day Friday October 15 from 7:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday October 16 at the Pepsi Center from 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.

As a result of the 2004 Recycling Event Mountain Electronics Recycling was able to collect over 30,000 lbs of e-waste and properly dispose of these keeping this out of Colorados Landfills.

Mountain Electronics Recycling held this event last year and kept well over 200,000 pounds of hazardous e-waste out of Denver's landfills.

Just like last year Mountain Electronics Recycling accepted all manner of electronics including but not limited to computers, monitors, cell phones, printers, phone systems, microwaves and basically all electronic type equipment. Monitors were assessed a $5.00 fee for drop-off televisions over 19" and bigger were charged $25.00 smaller than 19" will be $15.00. Large home electronics i.e. refrigerators, stoves etc were NOT accepted. Businesses can call to arrange to drop-off large loads and ask for Chris 303-287-0060. .
